We deliver onsite services throughout Central and Northern New Jersey and the Tri-State area, dispatch field technicians nationwide for work that needs hands on hardware, and support clients globally with remote services.
How quickly can you get onsite?
For Middlesex and Somerset County sites, same business day is typical and same hour is often possible for urgent issues. Mercer, Union, Hudson, and Monmouth County sites are usually same or next business day depending on severity and traffic.
Do you charge travel fees for onsite visits?
Not within our standard service area. Onsite visits inside our coverage region are included in managed service agreements and quoted without separate travel charges for project work.
Can you support a business outside New Jersey?
Yes. Remote monitoring, help desk, migrations, security work, and consulting are delivered nationwide. For work that genuinely requires hands on hardware outside our region, we coordinate onsite resources or work with your local staff.
