๐Ÿ’ฐ Transparent Pricing ยท Instant Estimate

WHAT IT ACTUALLY COSTS.

Most IT providers will not put a number on a page. That is not because pricing is complicated, it is because the number is hard to defend once you see it next to what you get. Here are ours, plus a calculator that gives you a real estimate in about thirty seconds without talking to anyone.

Cloud Guardian LLC publishes managed IT and managed security pricing starting at $20 per user per month for baseline security coverage with incident response billed at $90 per hour, $65 per user per month for fully managed IT, and $95 per user per month for managed IT combined with 24/7 security operations. There are no minimum seat counts and no long-term lock-in. Structured cabling, wireless site surveys and ISO/IEC 42001 engagements are quoted per project. An instant estimate calculator on this page produces an approximate monthly figure from your workstation, user and server counts.

THREE WAYS
TO WORK WITH US

No minimum seat count, no three-year term, no charge to leave. If we are not earning it, you should be able to go.

Talk About the SOC

All prices are per user per month, billed monthly, excluding third-party licensing unless stated. Incident response outside a managed plan is $90 per hour. Volume above 50 users is quoted individually.

PRICE IT YOURSELF,
RIGHT NOW.

Move the sliders. No form, no email, no call. This is an approximation for environments under 50 workstations, and the real number comes after a free assessment of what you actually have.

People with an email account and a login.
Desktops and laptops you want monitored, patched and protected.
Physical or virtual, on-premise or hosted. Zero is a valid and often better answer.
Estimated monthly
$0to$0

An estimate, not a quote. Final pricing follows a free assessment of your actual environment, and the assessment findings are yours whether or not you hire us.

HOW A SWITCH
ACTUALLY GOES

Five beats, from the first phone call to the day it is simply running. Scroll it.

Your first 60 days
๐Ÿ“ž 01

The call

Day 0

Most transitions complete in 30 to 60 days. Nothing is cut over until it has been tested.

01 ๐Ÿ“ž

The call

Day 0 ยท 15 minutes of your time

You call, or you fill in the form. Somebody who fixes things answers, not a qualifier reading a script.

We ask what broke, what it costs you when it breaks, and who has been looking after it. If we are not the right fit we say so on that call rather than three meetings later. Nothing is signed and nothing is sold.

What you do: talk for fifteen minutes.

02 ๐Ÿ”

The assessment

Day 1 to 7 ยท Two hours of access

A full audit of what you actually have. Free, and genuinely no obligation.

Every device, every account, every licence, every exposure. We scan what is reachable from the internet, check whether your credentials are already circulating in breach data, and inventory what you are paying for against what you are using. Most of it runs in the background while you work.

What you do: give us read access for a couple of hours.

03 ๐Ÿ“‹

The findings

Day 7 ยท One meeting

You get the written report. You keep it whether you hire us or not.

Prioritised by what would actually hurt, not by what is easiest for us to sell. It names the gaps, the wasted spend, and what each fix costs. Plenty of prospects have taken that document to their existing provider and used it to get the work done there. That is a fair outcome, and it is why the report is yours.

What you do: read it, and decide.

04 ๐Ÿ”ง

Remediation

Week 2 to 6 ยท Mostly invisible

We close the worst gaps first, in the order the report set out.

Cutovers happen outside your hours. Nothing changes without you knowing what and why. We also cut the waste the audit found, and for most clients the licensing and cloud savings offset a real share of what they pay us. Your old provider gets handled professionally; you do not have to have that conversation.

What you do: approve the plan, then get on with your work.

05 ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

We run it

Day 60 onward ยท Ongoing

Monitoring, help desk, patching and security operations become ours.

A named engineer who knows your environment rather than whoever picks up. Documentation delivered to you and kept current, because it was always yours. One monthly figure that does not move unless your headcount does. And if you ever leave, you leave with everything, which is the part most providers make difficult on purpose.

What you do: call us when something breaks. That is the whole job.

ADD WHAT YOU NEED,
SKIP WHAT YOU DO NOT

Everything below is optional and priced separately, so the base figure stays honest.

๐Ÿ“ฌ

Microsoft 365 licensing

from $22 / user / month

Business Premium resold near list, with the tenant configured and administered rather than just billed to you.

โ™ป๏ธ

Immutable backup

from $6 / endpoint / month

Backups an attacker cannot encrypt or delete, with restores actually performed and documented.

๐Ÿ“ž

Cloud VoIP

from $20 / extension / month

Managed phone system with call routing, voicemail to email and an app so the office number follows the person.

๐Ÿ”Œ

Structured cabling

quoted per project

Cat6A and fiber, tested and certified to ANSI/TIA-568, labelled and documented as-built.

๐Ÿ“ถ

Wireless site survey

quoted per site

Coverage and interference analysis across 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz with heatmaps and access point placement engineering.

๐Ÿ“œ

ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance

quoted per engagement

Gap assessment, implementation and certification audit support for the AI management system standard.

THE QUESTIONS
BEHIND THE NUMBER

How can you be half the price of my current provider?

Because it is a different cost structure, not a discount. A legacy MSP carries a tiered help desk where a ticket passes through two people who cannot fix it before reaching one who can, on tooling bought a decade ago. We automate the volume work and use AI to triage, correlate and close the noise, so we carry far less labour per managed endpoint. That difference goes into the price rather than into a margin. During the assessment we show you the line items so you can check it against your current invoice.

Is there a minimum number of users?

No. Most providers set a floor at 10 or 20 seats because small accounts are unprofitable under a staffed model. Ours is not, so there is no floor.

What is the contract term?

Month to month on Essential. Managed plans are typically annual because the onboarding work is front-loaded, but there is no three-year lock and no exit fee. If you leave, your documentation goes with you, because it was always yours.

What is not included?

Third-party licensing unless you buy it through us, hardware, project work such as cabling and wireless surveys, and after-hours work outside the agreed coverage on Essential. All of it is quoted before it happens. You will not find a line on an invoice you have not already seen.

Why is incident response $90 an hour on Essential but included above it?

Because Essential is deliberately a floor, not a full service. You are paying for the controls that stop most incidents rather than for someone standing by. On Managed and above, response is included, because at that point preventing the incident and fixing it are the same job and we should not be paid more when we do the first part badly.

Do the prices change if we grow?

Per user, so yes, proportionally. Adding people changes the figure on the next cycle. Nothing else moves without a conversation first.

What does the free assessment actually involve?

A full inventory of devices, accounts, licensing and exposure, an external check for what is already reachable from the internet, and a search for your credentials in breach data. You get written findings with prioritised remediation. If you do not hire us, you keep the report and can hand it to whoever you do hire.

Twice the Quality. Half the Price.

STOP GUESSING
WHAT YOU SHOULD PAY.

The assessment is free and the findings are yours either way. Worst case you get a written picture of your own environment and a number to hold your current provider against.
